Individual Therapy

$100: per session

individual therapy is your space to feel truly seen—your joys, your struggles, your everything. With warmth and care, I’ll listen closely and, when needed, gently challenge you to face what’s holding you back, helping us move forward together in a safe, supportive way.

Relationship Therapy

Starting at $140: per session

From the peaks and valleys of love, to family bonds that weave and bend, or friendships that anchor you; let’s tackle it. I’ll guide you through the rough patches and fortify what’s true. It’s clear, intentional support for the authentic relationships that matter to you.

EMDR Therapy

$120: per session

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed therapy that helps people heal from trauma. In my practice, I use it to help clients break free from the weight of painful memories. Trauma isn’t just something you think about—it’s something you *feel* in your body, in the way you react, in the stories you tell yourself. Through guided eye movements or tapping, EMDR helps your brain process those stuck experiences so they lose their grip. It’s not about erasing the past—it’s about shifting how it lives in you, so you can move forward feeling lighter, stronger, and more in control.
